Returns for exchange or refund
We offer a no quibble, 30-day money back guarantee regardless of whether your product has been used or not. Our policy only lasts 30 days. If during this time you decide the product is unsuitable then you can return the product and contact us for a full refund. We trust you, but to protect against fraud, the guarantee is valid only for first-time purchases of a product, and only redeemable up to 30 after purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email email@example.com.
We will refund return postage (UK only) for products shipped by second class signed for service from a Royal Mail post office. If another service is used we will refund to the maximum value of £7. To make a claim for your return postage, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your receipt.
If you paid for your order by PayPal you are eligible for up to £15 return postage reimbursement, which you can claim back from them directly here.
Each of our brands have their own warranty procedure, but in general any item that is defective within the first year of purchase will be replaced on a like for like basis. If you have a warranty product please email email@example.com and we will advise you on the next steps to take.
